But for Palestinians, forced expulsions, water deprivation, and the burning of crops, including precious olive trees, by state-backed settlers threatens those connections.
Yet, in the face of the injustices of the Israeli authorities’ racist system of apartheid, Palestinians persist in their resistance, using cooking to preserve their culture and share their powerful stories.
