Syria – 10 years on | Amnesty UK



“Three things broke me in the last 10 years – the first was [my friend] Abdulrahman’s death, the second is my dad’s detention, and the third is leaving Syria”.

Activist and journalist Wafa Mustafa has experienced the highs of taking to the streets, calling for revolution as well as the devastation and horror of losing loved ones to shelling and detention by the Assad regime.
