The Berkshire based indie outfit ‘Rila’s Edge’ have been winning over fans with their anthemic stadium indie rock. Through thousands of hours rehearsing and songwriting, they have nurtured a nostalgic sound that is reminiscent of rock bands of the early 2000s but seen through a modern pop lens. Their tracks are set apart by driving, distinctive vocals with comparisons made to early U2, Foals, and The Killers.
Every day from now until Christmas the OXJAM team will post an exclusive set from a series of exciting upcoming artists, giving them the opportunity and platform to shine. Each set is introduced by Shaun Keaveny (BBC Radio 6 Music).
This project is in support of Oxfam’s ‘Together Against Hunger’ appeal. If you enjoy the music, please donate.
